Christ -
We do not know how you move within and outside of our bodies. But God knows.
May this humility carry over into how we speak of and acknowledge who we are. May the thorns in our flesh remind us that we are human.
When we appeal to You desperate for the removal of our imperfections and weaknesses, speak to us - “My grace is sufficient for you, for power is made perfect in weakness.”
May Your power dwell in us - in the fullness of who we are. May we trust this power that moves in mysterious ways and frees us to boast gladly of our weaknesses.
For whenever we are weak, then we are strong.
In the name of the One who meets us in our vulnerabilities, we pray.
Amen.
